Financial assistance to Kashmiri students enrolled in a college/university, in Kashmir or abroad, who are pursuing a degree that can support Kashmir and/or uphold Kashmiri culture. To receive financial assistance, the student must be in good academic standing and have plans to use their acquired degree, knowledge and skills to enhance the quality of life for Kashmiris.

Collaborate with USA-based NGOs with initiatives/projects that provide youth development, health awareness, education and training for community transformation. AFK Foundation currently partners with Kashmir Education Initiative (KEI) to provide financial assistance to scholars in Kashmir through the Dr. Arfa Khan Scholarship and Chinar to fund projects like Warwan Valley.

Develop an endowment fund which will provide interest free loans to academically able but financially challenged college students in North America with the intent that the students repay their loan when financially able to recycle the funds to the next deserving student.
